Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
    •    The item must be in its original packaging
    •    Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    •    We do not charge a restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

    •    Items marked as “Final Sale”
    •    Custom or personalized products

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    You will be notified of approval or denial
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    •    Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, please return the item and place a new order.
